Description

Sochang Experience Center
By the 1950~1960s, sochang industry was very prosperous in Ganghwado. There were so many factories and workers that was the largest sochang marking place in Korea. However, the development of other clothing materials leads to the decline in sochang industry since 1970s. There are only about 10 factories left in Ganghwado. One of the dope dyeing factory became this Sochang Experience Center. Visitors can understand more history of sochang, and also make your own sochang handkerchief in here too!

小倉織物體驗館
50-60年代的江華島，小倉織物行業十分興旺。曾經一度有很多工廠和員工，是韓國最大的織物生產地。到後期70年代起這個行業逐漸式微，工廠逐漸關閉，現在只剩下約10家工廠。其中一個染色工場則改裝成為小倉織物體驗館，除了可以了解歷史之外，還可以做手帕設計體驗呢！

Ganghwa Tourist Platform
Provide culture experience and Ganghwa travel information. Visitors can know more about the history of Ganghwa-gun, where was the capital of Goryeo, Korean dynasty (918-1392) taken place. Try to take on the Goryeo Hanbok (traditional clothing) and also enjoy the wonderful exciting VR Experience in here. Moreover, visitors may have chance to receive free souvenirs.

Ganghwa Seaside Resort Luge

Luge, a non-powered wheel-sled racing down the sloped track. The directions and speed of the luge can be freely adjusted, and everyone can enjoy it. Ganghwa Seaside Resort Luge has 1.8km long route, 2 lines. The top station sky terrace overlooks the sea on three sides.
※ 10 years old and over 120cm can ride on their own.
※ Riders who are 85~120cm and under 11 years old can ride in tandem with an adult.
※ Under 85cm or Over 65 years old is not allowed to ride the luge, but can take the gondola.

江華海邊度假村斜坡滑車
斜坡滑車是一種無推動力的滑輪板車，從斜坡上沿著跑道迅速滑。方向和速度完全是自主控制，每個人都可以享受這體驗活動。江華海邊度假村斜坡滑車擁有長達1.8公里的跑道，共兩條路線。在山上的展望臺可以全方位欣賞到一望無際的大海景致。
※ 獨立乘坐準則為120cm以上及10歲以上
※ 85cm~120cm及未滿11歲的小童可以和成人同乘
※ 不足85cm或65歲以上則不能乘坐斜坡滑車，但可以坐吊車

Far away the city, visitors can enjoy many types of activities in here, such as feeding animals, archery, horse riding, All Terrain Vehicle(ATV) etc. It is very suitable for families, Korean variety shows 《The Return of Superman》, 《Running Man》 were also shot in here.

Joyangbanggik Gallery & Cafe

It is very famous on sns! It was a textile manufacturing factory that was well known in Ganghwa. However it had been closed since 1990. Nowadays, using contemporary heritages as decoration, it becomes a special nice cafe.

朝陽紡織咖啡店
超人氣打卡點！朝陽紡織廠在江華島曾經有很光輝的日子。1990年代閉廠後經過了很長的時間後，重新裝修成為別具特式的美術館咖啡店。

Ganghwa History Museum. Ganghwa Dolmen Sites
Ganghwa History Museum opened in 2010, and is located inside Ganghwa Dolmen Park, which was designated as UNESCO World Heritage Historic Site No. 137. The museum aims to exhibit, preserve and educate about the history and culture of Ganghwa from prehistoric ages to modern times based on artifacts from the area.

The Ganghwa Dolmen Heritage Site, in Bugeun-ri, Ganghwa-gun, Incheon, encompasses roughly 120 dolmens, most of which are Northern-style dolmen that are made of large pieces of stone 7.1m in length and 2.6m in height. The dolmens in this region are found in unusual altitudes of 100-200m above sea level and reveal important information about the prehistoric period.

江華歷史博物館.支石墓
江華歷史博物館於2010年開館，位於世界文化遺產第137號江華支石墓公園內，是為了保存、展示以及研究史前時期到近現代在江華島出土的文物而設立的博物館。

江華支石墓群遺跡以仁川廣域市江華郡富近里地區為中心，四周分佈了大大小小120多個支石墓。這個地區所發現使用長7.1m、高2.6m巨大石頭的北方式支石墓，是研究史前時代非常重要的資料。這裡的支石墓分布在海拔100-200m的地方，比起其他支石墓的平均高度要來得高，為此處特徵。遺跡於2000年登記為UNESCO指定的世界文化遺產。

Ganghwa Peace Observatory
Ganghwado Jejeokbong Peak Peace Observatory was constructed in the northern area of the Civilian Restricted Zone in Cheolsan-ri, Yangsa-myeon. The observatory houses shops selling Ganghwa specialty food and North Korea’s specialty food, a management office, wishing wall for unification, and a rest area on the first floor, an exhibition hall to see the traces of war as well as high-technology binoculars on the second floor, and the observing facility to see the area of North Korea on the thrid floor, and a screen facility to show the entire view on cloudy days. The exhibition hall on the second floor presents Ganghwa’s military experience, North Korea’s provocation, comparison of military powers between South and North Korea, unification policy, and other war-related exhibitions.

可以近距離感受北韓文化和生活，而且向右瞭望，可以看到開成工業園、臨津江；向左瞭望，可以看到北韓居民的生活面貌、宣傳用村莊、開成工業園塔、松岳山等。
