Description
Yangdong Village: UNESCO World Heritage - Korea’s largest traditional village, showcasing the traditional culture of the Joseon Dynasty and the beautiful natural surroundings.
Bulguksa Temple: Bulguksa Temple is the representative relic of Gyeongju and was designated as a World Cultural Asset by UNESCO in 1995. The beauty of the temple itself and the artistic touch of the stone relics are known throughout the world.
Daereungwon Tomb Complex: Within Daereungwon Tomb Complex is Cheonmachong Tomb (Ancient Tomb No. 155), which was excavated in 1973. Cheonmachong Tomb consists of a wooden coffin placed inside an underground chamber mounded with boulders and earth, characterized as a typical upper class tomb of the Silla period.
Cheomseongdae is the oldest existing astronomical observatory in Asia. it was used to observe stars in order to forecast the weather. This stone structure is a beautiful combination of straight lines and curves.
Donggung & Wolji: An artificial pond in Gyeongju National Park that was first constructed in year 674. The Korean governement temporaily drained the pond in 1972, revealing thousands of Silla artifacts that had fallen into the lake or were thrown in. This place is filled with lots of historical memories.
慶州良洞村：UNESCO世界文化遺產 - 韓國最大的傳統韓屋村。朝鮮時代保留至今的古厝以及許多重要的文化財產。
佛國寺：UNESCO世界文化遺產-位於吐含山的佛國寺與石窟庵，同為韓國史上最長久的新羅時期由金大成所建之佛教寺廟，雖然日本侵入時期及二戰時期曾被毀壞又重建，但超過千年的故事，依然是重要的文化遺產。
大陵苑：1973年被發掘的155號古墳天馬塚，為新羅特有的積石木棺墳。在封土內部有以石頭堆積成的積石層。積石層裡則有木房，中央放著木棺與墓主屍身。出土的文物共計有11,526件，而其中的天馬圖為韓國古墳中首次出土的珍貴畫作。
瞻星臺是東方現存的最古老的天文臺，用於觀測天空中的雲氣及星座。瞻星臺是一座石造建築，直線與曲線的搭配十分和諧，於1962年12月20日被指定爲國寶第31號。
東宮&月池：新羅時期皇宮內的池塘，可欣賞當時皇帝享受的美景。雁鴨池旁的離宮層作為皇位繼承人太子的東宮，1980年在宮內發現陶器歲面上寫著「月池」，因此此地又名「東宮與月池」。
